The release date for The Witcher Season 2 falls around the same time of year as the shows first-season premiere back in 2019. This December the fantasy show starring Henry Cavill is back. Netflix released the full two-minute teaser trailer for The Witcher season 2 in July. Bodnia plays Geralts mentor and the oldest Witcher Vesemir while Hivju plays an old friend of Geralt Nivellen with a monstrous curse.
